Slide into Spring, island style

The Goin' Coastal Music Series Slide into Spring Music and Craft Beer Festival is March 28-29 at Main Beach in Fernandina Beach, presented by Sweetwater Brewing Company.

Slide into Spring will raise money for 8 Flags Playscapes, Inc. and the Nassau Humane Society. Enjoy a funky music lineup, craft beer tasting, interactive kids zone and area food trucks. Pensacola's Post Pluto will kick off the music Saturday, followed by Jacksonville's The Corbitt Brothers, five-time Grammy winner Trae Pierce and The T-Stones, Asheville's The Fritz, Turkuaz and hometown legend Andrew Altman of Railroad Earth. Sunday, enjoy a beach yoga retreat followed by a beach cleanup. Spiritual Rez will take the stage followed by The Supervillains, The Wailers and Matisyahu.
